Welcome to BLU-WAY International Courier & Cargo Services. This Payment Terms Policy explains the payment conditions applicable to all courier, cargo, logistics, air freight, sea freight, export, import, and related services offered by BLU-WAY.

By requesting a quotation, confirming a shipment, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms.

1. Payment Requirement


Full payment must be completed before shipment processing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.

2. Accepted Payment Methods


We accept payments through approved banking and digital payment channels.

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Approved Digital Wallets (where available)

3. Pricing


Shipping charges are calculated based on shipment weight, dimensions, destination country, service type, customs requirements, fuel surcharge, applicable taxes, and any additional handling requirements.

All quotations are subject to verification of shipment details before final confirmation.

4. Booking Confirmation


A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified by BLU-WAY International Courier & Cargo Services.

5. No Refund Policy


Once a shipment booking has been confirmed, no refund will be provided. This includes cancellations requested by the customer after booking, shipment preparation, documentation, pickup scheduling, or logistics processing has commenced.

Please verify all shipment details carefully before confirming your booking and making payment.

6. Shipment Modifications


Requests for shipment modifications after booking may not always be possible. If accepted, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested changes.

7. Customs & Government Charges


International shipments may attract customs duties, import taxes, storage charges, inspection fees, or other government levies imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the sender or receiver unless otherwise agreed.

8. Failed or Rejected Shipments


If a shipment is rejected due to incorrect customer information, prohibited items, customs restrictions, or receiver refusal, any additional transportation, return shipping, customs, storage, or handling charges shall be borne by the customer.

9. Fraud Prevention


BLU-WAY reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any booking if fraudulent payment activity, unauthorized transactions, or suspicious behaviour is detected.

10. Taxes


Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged in accordance with Indian Government regulations. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and statutory charges.

11. Policy Updates


BLU-WAY International Courier & Cargo Services reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
